J M Squared Consulting focuses on supporting senior leaders who are dedicated to building a healthy and strong organization. We do that by supporting leaders and teams to intentionally create and sustain positive and supportive organizational cultures, to create clarity about strategic direction and align team and individual work and to design systems and supports to identify, retain and grow talent. We also provide interim or part-time leadership support for organizations with temporary talent gaps or needs.

We bring a wide-range of relevant experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors, and have a keen understanding of the similarities, and differences, that each sector faces.
